The basics. This website is operated by Half Serious Mugs. By using the site and buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Our products. We sell ceramic mugs printed with our own designs, in a single 11oz size. We’ve done our best to show colours and artwork accurately, but screens vary and the printed result may differ slightly from what you see on your device.

Orders. When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, if an item was priced or described in error, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We work to keep every price and description accurate, but we don’t warrant that all content on the site is error-free, and we reserve the right to correct mistakes.

Made to order. Each mug is printed for your order. Production and delivery timeframes, along with faults, damage, and change of mind, are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All designs, text, and images on this site belong to Half Serious Mugs. You’re welcome to enjoy the mug you bought; you’re not welcome to copy, resell, or reproduce our designs.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Half Serious Mugs isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Australia.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies to your order.
